In this paper some estimations of accuracy of the approximation of the distribution of the sums of dependent Banach space valued random variables by the distributions of conditionally independent random variables are given. These results generalize those in an earlier paper by the author, ibid. 23, No.3, 3-21 (1983; Zbl 0539.60013).
