A numerical scheme is developed which solves the axisymmetric tokamak equilibrium under the constraints of prescribed values of external coil currents, and plasma parameters for a plasma with its surface in contact with an outside limiter. The application of this method to the tokamak equilibria with high poloidal beta and/or non-circular cross section or with divertor configuration of which stagnation point is located outside of the torus is described and discussed.
