The author studies (k,l) \(C^{\infty}\) infinitesimal neighbourhoods of a complex manifold M, i.e. M equipped with suitably chosen structure sheaves. For such ringed spaces, a Dolbeault type isomorphism theorem is proved. Moreover, the de Rham cohomology groups of M are produced, and hypercohomology leads to isomorphisms with the ordinary cohomology groups of M over \({\mathbb{C}}\).
