Asymptotic normality of statistical solutions of the wave equation (Q1073260)

It is proved that the statistical solution of the initial value problem for the wave equation converges weakly to some Gaussian homogeneous measure as \(t\to \infty\). In contrary to another paper [see the following review] the space variable varies in \(R^ n\) (n\(\geq 3)\) and the initial function is not equal to zero identically.
