The author presents an analysis of high frequency response of random elastic composites using the method of asymptotic expansions. The Kramers-Kronig relations are applied to the case of a random elastic suspension such as a random fibrous or particulate composite. The results of this analytical method are in a good agreement with the results of the numerical integration. The theoretical results are not compared with experimental data.
