[For part I see the summary above (Zbl 0588.73031).] Fundamental solutions for displacements, rotations, force and couple stresses resulting from concentrated mass moments acting statically in an infinite micropolar space were given. The results obtained were compared to analogous results within the couple stress theory, the hypothetical medium and the classical theory of elasticity.
