The self-similar problem of a strong explosion in a dusty gas, i.e., in a medium consisting of a gas and solid particles, is considered. Its solution is reduced to the solution of a Cauchy problem for six ordinary differential equations. This solution is found both by numerical integration of the system of ordinary differential equations and by means of numerical integration of the system of partial differential equations which describes a non-self-similar flow which in time goes over to a self-similar regime. The distributions of the flow parameters are obtained; in contrast to an explosion in a pure gas, here they have nonmonotone character.
