Solutions of external boundary problems for small values of the spectral parameter (Q1074770)

This paper is concerned with some properties of the resolvent kernel of the perturbed operator \((-\Delta)^ m\) on \(R^ n\), where \(2m>n\geq 3\), n odd, for small values of the spectral parameter. The author applies the results to asymptotics of solutions of corresponding parabolic problems as \(t\to \infty\).
