[For part I see Math. Ann. 266, 115-133 (1983; Zbl 0537.14005).] Using the classification of vanishing lattices over the field \({\mathbb{F}}_ 2\) of two elements given in part I a complete classification of vanishing lattices over \({\mathbb{Z}}\) is obtained.
