The author discusses the properties of complex submanifolds of a non- Kaehlerian Hermitian manifold. He considers a complex submanifold of a Riemannian product of two Sasakian manifolds and proves that any compact complex submanifold of a non-Kaehlerian Hermitian manifold, which is a generalization of the Calabi-Eckmann manifold is minimal.
