\textit{E. Fried} and the reviewer [Algebra Univers. 5, 203-211 (1975; Zbl 0322.06008)] have introduced the notion of standard sublattices as a generalization of standard ideals. The authors try to generalize the concepts of distributive and neutral ideals to convex sublattices. Unfortunately they misunderstood the definition of standard sublattice. The results of the present paper are either trivial or incorrect.
