This paper extends and improves earlier results by the author [Z. Angew. Math. Mech. 65, 183-185 (1985; Zbl 0584.76093)] on existence of solutions to boundary value problems for elliptic systems of semilinear differential equations describing steady states of reaction-diffusion systems. The results are based on a dissipativity condition to derive \(L^{\infty}\)-boundary for solutions to regularized problems. The reactions of arbitrary order for a space of any dimension can be treated by this technique.
