This paper is concerned with functions of several complex variables which are analytic in the unit polydisc. Banach spaces consisting of such functions are defined and some of their properties are developed. The main reslt is the description of the space of linear functionals for the Banach space of functions analytic in the open unit polydisc and continuous on the unit torus. This representation is in terms of analytic functions and involves an extension of the Hadamard product.
