Let \(M^{n+1}\) be a closed manifold endowed with \(C^ 3\) Finsler metric and let a geodesic flow satisfy condition (U). The author proves that there are no conjugate points on \(M^{n+1}\), all closed geodesics are homotopic to zero and are not homotopic reciprocally and their indexes are zero.
