The purpose of this note is to report some of the properties of the first order differential operator: \[ B^ I=D_ t+i(t^ 2/2+x)D_{\nu}, \] \(D_ t=-i\partial /\partial t\), \(D_{\nu}=-i\partial /\partial y\), in a neighbourhood of the origin in \(R^ 3\).
