The authors exhibit the general form of a spin-tensor concomitant of a spin-tensor field and prove that when there are no spinorial indices then it reduces to an ordinary concomitant of the metric tensor. These results are applied to prove a spinorial form of Weyl's theorem on the structure of the Lagrangian density which involves the spin-tensor linearly in its second derivatives. It is shown that the usual result of Weyl's theorem holds in this case.
