This paper uses the results of Part I, reviewed above, to study the interactions of the general geometry of the Plebanski metric with fermion field functions described by the radial Dirac equation. In particular, it is shown that these fields do not display the phenomenon of ''superradiance'', i.e., reflection coefficients greater than one.
