The paper solves a problem mentioned by \textit{P. S. Das} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 84, 264--269 (1981; Zbl 0476.20002)]: Given a chain of groups bounded above by \(G\), find a fuzzy group on \(G\), whose level subgroups (cuts) form this chain. [Part I, J. Math. Anal.
