This is a critical note concerning the paper by \textit{M. B. Brown} and \textit{C. Fuchs} [see the preceding review, Zbl 0599.62070]. After a brief explanation of the minimum discrimination information principle the authors re-analyze data used by Brown and Fuchs and make seven specific comments to their original analysis.
