A regression model that arises in the problem of identifying anomalous observations in seismic data processing is discussed. The problem of estimating the parameters of the model is interpreted by means of graph theory. This approach makes it possible to investigate the structure of the kernel of the regression matrix. The introduction of special constraints is proposed in order to improve the condition and decrease the number of dimensions of the system of equations. A procedure based on the application of graph theory is proposed for computation of the least- squares estimator subject to such constraints.
