Weil divisors on normal surfaces (Q1081649)

This paper contains some basic results in the theory of Weil divisors and divisorial sheaves on normal surfaces. The main issues are: a suitable version of Grauert's contraction theorem, the projection formula, an extension of Noether's formula involving the Milnor numbers of the singularities of the surface, a Ramanujan-type vanishing theorem, the theory of birational morphisms and minimal models, Zariski decomposition and canonical models.
