The author considers lattice polytopes in \({\mathbb{R}}^ d\). His main result is a classification theorem of lattice tetrahedra with no lattice points except its vertices. This result has been proved several times before (for details see \textit{B. Reznick}, Discrete Math. 60, 219-242 (1986; Zbl 0593.52008), p. 220 and 234). For other closely related recent papers see \textit{U. Betke} and \textit{M. Kneser}, J. Reine Angew. Math. 358, 202-208 (1985; Zbl 0567.52002); \textit{U. Betke} and \textit{P. McMullen}, Monatsh. Math. 99, 253-265 (1985; Zbl 0565.52007), and the reviewer, The geometric vein, The Coxeter Festschr., 285-288 (1982; Zbl 0443.52009).
