The authors construct a space as announced in the title; in addition the space is an L-space. The construction parallels that of an HFC-set and is similar to \textit{K. Ciesielski}'s construction [Fundam. Math. 125, 231-235 (1985; Zbl 0589.54031)] of an L-space without a dense 0-dimensional subspace.
