Natural sheaves are introduced as functors on a category of smooth manifolds. The category of natural sheaves can be seen as an extension of the category of natural vector bundles, and is more appropriate to the study of natural differential operators. Those sheaves corresponding to natural bundles are classified. Cohomology with coefficients in natural sheaves are briefly discussed.
