The author defines the Berezin integral over any fermionic supermanifold M by lifting the algebra of superforms to the universal covering space of M and discusses the integration theory on general supermanifolds. An appendix concerning the relation of the \(G^{\infty}\) cohomology of supermanifolds to de Rham cohomology is also given.
