The axisymmetric free transverse vibrations of sandwich annular plates of parabolically varying thickness are analysed retaining effects of transverse shear and rotatory inertia in the core of the plate. The equations of motion derived by Hamilton's energy principle are solved by a cubic spline technique. Numerical results are computed for various values of parameters for the first four normal modes of vibration.
