The behavior of the neutral stability curves is investigated for various values of the particle relaxation time and mass concentration \(0\leq \tau \leq 100\) and \(0\leq f\leq 0.1\). It is shown that as \(\tau\) increases from zero the flow is at first destabilized and then at \(\tau >6\) becomes stable, while at \(\tau >40\) the stabilizing effect of the dispersed phase grows weaker. It is found that there is a certain interval \(10<\tau <40\) on which the flow is most stable.
