A sufficient condition of absolute stability of nonstationary control systems is obtained on the basis of the variational approach and of oscillation theory. This condition is written in inner form and its fulfillment also ensures that the control system belongs to a special class of systems called absolutely non-oscillatory systems. This method is illustrated by analyzing an electric servomotor.
