It is proved that if T is a maximal completely semiprime right ideal of an associative ring R then T is a two-sided ideal and R/T is a skew field. Every strongly Neumann right ideal is representable as an intersection of maximal modular right ideals, which contain it. It is shown a criterion for a ring R to be represented as a subdirect product of skew fields.
