Let V be an n-dimensional, oriented, compact, and connected manifold. Let (V,\({\mathcal F},g_ T)\) be a Riemannian flow on V. It is well known that closures of leaves of \({\mathcal F}\) are tori. The authors classify Riemannian flows in the case \(n=4\) according to the dimension of tori being closures of leaves. Some examples of non-isometric flows are obtained.
