Renormalization flow equations are constructed for fluids. The structure of the equations is an explicit hierarchy involving the thermodynamic potential, the two-particle potential, three-particle potential, etc. The transformation of the pressure, density and correlation functions under this renormalization transformation are also deduced explicitly. The conditions on the weights in the renormalization procedure are discussed.
