The Chapman-Enskog method of solving kinetic equations for the long-wave parts of the dual correlation functions of a non-equilibrium gas is developed. Closed systems of hydrodynamic equations are obtained, describing the dynamics of the space-time correlations of the large-scale hydrodynamic field fluctuations in non-stationary gas flows.
