Functional and administrative aspects of an industrial management system and their formal analysis (Q1084018)

We describe formal methods of analysis of the organization management structure in an industrial enterprise. The matrix of manager relationships and the matrix of functionally admissible manager interactions are identified and formally analyzed by the method of classification of interacting objects and by methods of comparative analysis of matrices. The problem of determining the functional specialization of managers is considered. Other methods of causal analysis of the administrative-management structure are presented. Some quantitative results are described, obtained by the proposed method for an actual organization.
