This paper shows that if \(T\in C(X)\) is strongly S-decomposable, where S is a closed subset of \(\sigma_ e(T)\) and \(S\neq C_{\infty}\), then for any (e) spectral maximal subspace Y of T, \(T^ Y\) is a closed strongly \(S\cap \sigma_ e(T^ Y)\)-decomposable operator.
