The author proves that for any strongly transitive matrix D over a bounded poset there exists a permutation matrix Q such that \(f_{ij}\nless f_{ji}\) for \(j<i\), \(F=QDQ^ T\). This is a generalization of his previous result [BUSEFAL 16, 34-37 (1983; Zbl 0548.15024)].
