In this paper Lehmann-unbiased estimation of the scale and location parameter is considered. Lehmann-unbiased estimators depend strongly on the form of the loss function. Therefore quadratic and the other loss functions are discussed. Results of this paper, obtained in the class of linear statistics, can be specified to those obtained by \textit{L. A. Goodman} [Sankhyā 22, 221-228 (1960; Zbl 0102.358)] and \textit{J. Kicińska-Slaby} [Zesz. Nauk. Politech. Lodz., Mat. 14, 9-19 (1982; Zbl 0527.62033) and Trab. Estad. Invest. Oper. 33, No.2, 79-96 (1982; Zbl 0521.62021)].
