Remote Control 46, 767-774 (1985; Zbl 0606.90082).] We consider the problem of coordinated operations management of a discrete industry which ensures that the planned targets are met. A branch-and-bound algorithm is proposed for the solution of the problem. Incentives ensuring truthful reporting in the industrial system are investigated.
