In this paper we construct homogeneous minimal 2-spheres in a complex projective space by using unitary representations of SU(2). Moreover we prove that they exhaust all minimal 2-spheres with constant curvature in a complex projective space, using the twistor construction of harmonic maps into a complex projective space due to Eells-Wood.
