By using classical analysis techniques - namely Green's functions, fundamental solutions and Laplace transform - explicit solutions are obtained to a partial differential equations model for the immiscible displacement of two phase flow in a porous medium. The flow is assumed to be axisymmetric and the fluids are taken as to be compressible.
