This paper studies the asymptotics as \(n\to \infty\) of \(p_ j(z)\); polynomials of degree at most n satisfying \(p_ 1(z)+f_ 2(z)p_ 2(z)+f_ 3(z)p_ 3(z)=O(z^{-2n-2}),\) where \(f_ j(z)=((z-a_ j)(z- b_ j))^{1/2}-z+c_ j.\)
