We extend the results of references 2 and 3 for the asymptotics of trajectories of Hamiltonian dynamics to the Newtonian dynamics with directed forces. By Newtonian as opposed to the Hamiltonian dynamics we mean that the force in the Newton's equation of motion is not necessary conservative. We call a force directed if it is confined to a proper cone in the ambient space.
