Fuzzy relations of special type are suggested and applied to simplify control decision procedures and for the ease of program realization. Two types of models: ''situation-action'' and ''situation purpose-control strategy-action'' are investigated. The problems of investigation are: elaboration of identification methods of control object states and making control decision methods in each of the possible object states. Fuzzy situation describing control object states is defined as a fuzzy set. Relation of fuzzy equality which is a fuzzy tolerance is introduced too. The authors suggest a hierarchical fuzzy situational control model which allows one to consider strategy control formation procedures. An illustrative example of control strategy construction under conditions of mutual independence of controlling parameters is given.
