The existence of a pair of finitely generated, isomorphic but not base- isomorphic base-minimal cylindric set algebras is shown. These algebras are regular and locally finite-dimensional. This solves a problem mentioned in the two following books: Cylindric Algebras (Part II) by \textit{L. Henkin}, \textit{J. D. Monk}, and \textit{A. Tarski} (1985; Zbl 0576.03043) and Cylindric Set Algebras by \textit{L. Henkin}, \textit{J. D. Monk}, \textit{A. Tarski}, \textit{H. Andréka}, and \textit{I. Németi} (1981; Zbl 0497.03025).
