This paper studies the set of associated prime elements and the set of weakly associated prime elements for a lattice module M over a multiplicative lattice L. This paper shows that many of the results for modules over commutative rings concerning nilpotent elements, zero- divisors, and primary decomposition carry over to suitably defined lattice modules.
