The integral \((1/\lambda^ p)\int^{\pi /2}_{0}(\sin \lambda x/\sin x)^ p dx\) (p\(\in {\mathbb{N}}\), \(\lambda\in {\mathbb{R}})\) is expressed by an infinite series containing generalized Bernoulli polynomials. The appearance of ''hypergeometric'' in the title is misleading.
