For the numerical solution of an integro-differential equation of the form \[ y'+p(x)y=f(x)+\int^{x}_{a}K(x,t)y(t)dt;\quad y(a)=y_ 0, \] the authors propose a polygon like method. The convergence proof is based on the ArzelĂ -Ascoli lemma. A simple example is given.
