On the weighted sensitivity minimization problem for delay systems (Q1090649)

The paper deals with H-optimal sensitivity time-delay problems which are reduced to the Nehari problem: find \[ \mu:=\inf \{\| W-\phi q\|_{\infty}: q\in H^{\infty}(jR)\};\quad W(s)\in RH^{\infty}(jR),\quad \phi \in H^{\infty}(jR) \] where \(RH^{\infty}(jR):=space\) of essentially bounded rational functions on jR which admit an analytic extension to the right-half \(plane.\) H\({}^{\infty}(jR):=Banach\) space of essentially bounded functions on jR which admit an analytic extension to the right-half plane.
