Differential pursuit games of many pursuers and one evader with variable structure are considered. The ODE systems governing the games are linear in the states and the controls and the states are separated. The structure changes at some switching times which are parts of the pursuit controls. The terminal sets are of the form \(M^ 1_ i+M^ 2_ i\), where \(M^ 1_ i\) is the subspace and \(M^ 2_ i\) is a compact convex set in \((M^ 1_ i)^{\perp}\). Under a set of conditions, the author proves that the games can be terminated for certain initial conditions.
