The paper deals with the problem to design a nonlinear time-varying state feedback law for a nonlinear time-varying plant such that the output dynamics match a given model. Existence conditions of such a controller are studied using the circle stability criterion and Lyapunov theory. Frequency domain interpretations are given, suitable for the controller design. Analytical examples are included.
