Galois Weierstrass points and Hurwitz characters (Q1092134)

Fix a Weierstrass point P of a Riemann surface and let \(f: X\to {\mathbb{P}}^ 1\) be the associated covering, totally ramified at P. In this nice paper it is given a complete classification of the possible semigroups arising from Weierstrass points for which f is a Galois covering (hence cyclic). The classification (in terms of characters of the Galois group) is too complicated to be stated in one page.
